YES WE CAN !

We fully appreciate just how valuable and important your commercial information and data is, especially in the current very complex and multi-layer Business World.

We therefore make the following unequivocal promises to our Clients :

1.  We undertake to keep totally safe, any and all Information or Data which is entrusted to us, in order for us to be able to carry out the scheduled work on our Clients’ behalf.

2.  We NEVER discuss, reveal or otherwise disclose ANY Client Data or Information without their knowledge and express consent. There may be times when we need Letters of Authority, for instance, and these are drawn up only when required. 

3.  Once a particular case is concluded, we would routinely destroy any and all such Information or Data, unless it is agreed with Clients that it would be sensible for some or all of it to be retained by us, if for instance, we would need it to carry out additional work.

4.  Our Service operates at the highest level of Discretion. We only communicate with the Person(s) nominated by the Client, and no one else within the organisation. 

Keeping EVERY matter totally Confidential is our highest priority.
